Globally, the scenario is quite different. Fraud in the cryptocurrency industry has skyrocketed by 48% and now accounts for 2.2% of all verification attempts. Document forgery (31%), phishing (20%), financial fraud (15%), account takeover (14%), and forced verification (12%) are the most common attack types observed worldwide.
